My Kello is always displaying the loading bar

This article is only if you already have set up your Kello and it stopped working for no obvious reason. If you're having trouble during the setup processcheck this article.

This screen means that Kello can't connect to your Wi-Fi network.

Check these steps:

➡️ Make sure the name or the password of your Wi-Fi network hasn't changed. If it has, you must reconfigure Kello's Wi-Fi network.

➡️ Check if you can see your Wi-Fi network from your phone or computer. If not, reboot your router and box.

➡️ Try to bring your Kello closer to your Wi-Fi router.

If none of the above has worked, try hard resetting your Kello.
