When connecting my Kello to my Wi-Fi network, I have an error

If you have the above error message, you need to check the following.

If your Kello displays "--:--"

This screen means that Kello is connected to your home network but it can't find your phone.

➡️ Kill the Kello app and restart it.

➡️ Make sure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as Kello's. Sometimes iOS and Android randomly connect to a surrounding Wi-Fi network (like an open network or a previously known network), so make sure in your phone's settings that it's connected to the Wi-Fi you've just set up in Kello.

➡️ Kello needs  Multicast Routing to be enabled on your router in order to talk with your phone. Check on your router's settings if it's enabled.

➡️ Reboot your router and Internet box.

If your Kello displays the loading bars then "Wi-Fi"

This screen means that Kello is having a hard time connecting to your Wi-Fi network or it cannot find it.

➡️ This one is obvious, but make sure that your Wi-Fi password is correct. Try it on your phone or computer.

➡️ Make sure that you've set up Kello on the current Wi-Fi network (you may have moved your Kello or changed the Wi-Fi's network name or password).

➡️ Kello needs  Multicast Routing to be enabled on your router in order to talk with your phone. Check on your router's settings if it's enabled.

➡️ Try to get closer to your Wi-Fi box.

➡️ Reboot your router and Internet box.

⚠️ If you don't find Kello's network on your phone when it's displaying "Wi-Fi" after a failed attempt to connect, please wait ~2 minutes, it should appear on the list (iOS and Android take a while to discover new Wi-Fi networks).
