My app always displays “looking for Kello”

If you app is always displaying "looking for Kello", check these elements:

• Make sure that your phone is on the same Wi-Fi network as Kello's.
• Make sure your phone isn't connected to a 5 GHz network (sometimes the communication between the 5 GHz network and the 2.4 GHz network isn't happening properly).
• Try to bring Kello and your phone closer to your router.
• Make sure that Multicast and UPnP are enabled on your router (check this article).
