My Kello is completely unresponsive

Your Kello might have crashed. If a reboot doesn't fix it, try the following steps:

➡️ First, try to perform a hard reset as explained here.

➡️ If you still have an issue, try to perform an Emergency USB Upgrade, as explained here.
